Hi, I’m Danielle Pratt
A tenacious, loving and energetic paralegal who enjoys helping others navigate the complexities of the legal system. I am an avid animal lover and have a passion for helping those who can’t speak for themselves. I pride myself on being the best advocate I can be, while maintaining a professional yet empathetic nature.
Early on
I was always fascinated by the legal profession. My father was a lawyer for 40 years and I learned early on to respect and stand up for myself. As a child if I had a problem with a teacher or even the school itself I stood up for myself and tried to advocate for what I believed was right. Although this tenacity often caught other adults off-guard my parents always instilled that I should try and advocate and fight for myself before they were to get involved in the situation. In many cases I needed my parents to back me up in order for the issue to be resolved but I have always tried to maintain the attitude that I cannot give up and to keep trying.
Current
I graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in Human Rights from Carleton University. After many years volunteering my time and knowledge to a variety of organizations and causes; I returned to school to graduate with a Paralegal Diploma from Sheridan College in 2017. I am currently Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.
